Payment in installments (Layaway):
- The first payment is fixed 300,00 €. Paid after placing the order and confirming it by email. Payment term is 2 weeks
- The second part, including the cost of shipping, is paid according to the readiness of the doll or installment payment by convenient parts
PRODUCTION TIME: 6-8 months.
ATTENTION
Reasons for refunding or exchanging can NOT include the following:
- Skin tone. The doll's body color differs from the color of the same skin tone in the photos (colors may be perceived differently on digital screens, depending on color rendering, as well as lighting conditions when taking pictures)
- Loss of magnets
- Glued material coming off in the hinge pin
- Paint abrasions caused by careless use of the doll, contact of painted parts with hard surfaces and aggressive chemicals such as acetone, liquids containing acetone, alcohol and other solvents
- The first time you comb the wig out a small amount of hair may fall out, this is considered normal
The doll accessories and mannequin are made by printing on a 3D printer. The photopolymer is not as strong as polyurethane, so damage is possible if dropped, rough handling and friction.
